ChanceMint.NRW supports female students in engineering and computer science at the University of Duisburg-Essen and the Ruhr-West University of Applied Sciences.The company has supported the project several times.

The programme enables participants to explore a variety of careers related to their field of study. They come into contact with potential future employers and are encouraged to actively plan their careers.

The program was coordinated several times in succession by the team around the center for university and quality development at the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE).
